Project Overview

Situated on a double lot in the flats of Beverly Hills, this nine-bedroom estate was conceived as a study in material restraint and spatial generosity. The program demanded a residence capable of hosting at the highest level while remaining, in its quieter moments, a home of genuine warmth and calm.

The structure is organized around a central courtyard — an interior garden that draws light deep into the plan and creates a sequence of framed views from every principal room. Board-formed concrete walls anchor the street facade, giving way to white oak millwork and honed travertine as the plan unfolds inward.

CRDP managed the full lifecycle of this commission: acquisition, entitlements through the Beverly Hills Design Review Board, structural engineering coordination for the underground motor court, and finish execution across sixteen months of active construction. The residence was delivered on schedule and within the agreed construction budget.
