Project Overview

827 Iliff Street is a ground-up new construction single-family residence completed in 2007 on a 6,490 square foot lot in one of Pacific Palisades' most established residential pockets. Construction began in 2006. The home was designed in a classic American Cape Cod character — horizontal lap siding, black shutters, a wraparound covered front porch, and a sculptural iron gate entry court centered on a stone fountain.

Inside, rich walnut hardwood floors run throughout both levels, anchoring a plan that flows from a formal dining room with a dramatic candle-chandelier through an open family room with built-in shelving and fireplace to a landmark kitchen. The kitchen is a showpiece of the construction: white shaker cabinetry wall-to-wall, a beadboard ceiling, Carrara marble island and backsplash, polished nickel hardware, and professional stainless appliances — all opening directly to the family room and rear grounds.

The upper level is organized along a wide hallway lined with custom white built-ins, leading to four bedrooms including a primary suite with a generous walk-in closet featuring floor-to-ceiling custom millwork.
