Project Overview

1027 Iliff Street is a ground-up residence in Pacific Palisades, conceived in a refined New England coastal tradition. From the street the home reads crisp and timeless — white lap siding, gabled dormers, a covered front porch on classic square columns, and a low white picket wall with lantern-topped piers framing a flagstone path through layered, mature landscaping.

Inside, the plan unfolds across dark espresso wide-plank floors and is detailed throughout with raised-panel wainscoting, coffered ceilings, and crisp white millwork. A gracious entry hall opens to a formal living room with a paneled fireplace, a coffered-ceiling dining room flanked by French doors, and a private office. The chef's kitchen is the heart of the home: full-height white cabinetry, glass-front uppers, Carrara marble counters and a patterned marble backsplash, a professional range with custom hood, and a marble island — opening to a great room with a second fireplace and a sunlit breakfast room wrapped in garden views.
